After you have completed creating your account, you will receive a verification email. Please click on the given link to verify your account, and enjoy the wonderful features of Alice!
When you have verified your account, you will be to guided to the Welcome page! The Onboarding Journey will start here where we will help you setup your account in Alice!
After the Welcome Page, you will have to enter the following information:
User Information: You will have to enter your first name, last name, and the user’s phone number.
Business Information: Next, we would like to know more about your business. This will help us suggest the best possible package for your needs!
Channel Connection: You can now choose the channels to which the you want to connect his platform. Alice will only create the channel, but will not the connect the channels.
Email Invitations (optional): Finally, you can invite more team members in the your team. You can also skip this step if you want! The maximum amount of email fields allowed will be 5.
And that's it! You are done with your Onboarding process!
Just your Email Address and Password this time, and press Login. Done!
Looking to the index on your left, you’ll see the Dashboard button on top. Now this area will show chats you have made or going to make. If you run multiple teams and channels, this will help you stay organized.
Click on the Forget Password link in the Sign In page. Provide the email address with which you have created your account. You will get an email in the registered email address (if it is valid). You can follow the instructions from the email to reset your password.
